Although I’m not a Veteran myself, I’ve always believed in a “Veterans First” mindset—both personally and professionally. To me, it’s not optional; it’s a responsibility. The freedoms we enjoy every day were earned through the sacrifices of others, and supporting those who served is one of the most meaningful ways we can give back.
What makes CampV so special—and why I’m passionate about this mission—is what I’ve witnessed firsthand. I’ve seen Veterans walk through our doors carrying heavy burdens, often unsure where to turn. And I’ve watched our team and partners step in immediately—not just to meet a single need, but to look at the whole person. Whether it’s financial assistance, access to resources, or simply a place to belong, CampV meets Veterans where they are and walks alongside them toward stability, purpose, and hope.
In many cases, what starts as one request for help becomes a turning point in a Veteran’s life. That’s the power of this place.
