Most students are not given the opportunity to learn practical, hands-on skills in school.
They sit, listen, and memorize—but rarely build, fix, or create.
Many graduate without confidence in basic real-world tasks, and without exposure to career paths in the skilled trades.
At Thrasher School House, we are changing that.
Our Forge Trades Program gives students the opportunity to:
- Work with real tools
- Learn construction, electrical basics, and mechanical systems
- Solve real problems through hands-on projects
- Build confidence through doing—not just watching
This is Learning With Purpose.
We are raising funds to build and equip a dedicated Trades Program learning environment.
Donations will go directly toward:
- Tools and equipment
- Building materials
- Safety gear
- Workstations and setup
