Expand Free Suicide Prevention Access

East Texas continues to face suicide rates higher than the Texas average. Our community needs more accessible suicide prevention education, and this East Texas Giving Day, we are raising funds to create a FREE interactive online version of our Holding Space suicide prevention workshop.

Holding Space equips people with practical tools to recognize warning signs, start honest conversations, respond with care, and support someone who may be struggling. By creating a free online version, we can reach more people with suicide prevention education that is flexible, engaging, and easier to access.

Not everyone can attend an in-person workshop. Barriers like work schedules, transportation, childcare, and location can keep people from getting the tools they need. Bringing Holding Space online helps remove those barriers and makes this training available to more people in our community.
