Join me in supporting Hope Haven!

Last year in East Texas alone, more than 2,000 children were in the foster care system—many without a safe place to call home.

While about 1 in 2 children were able to stay within our region, that number drops as kids get older. For children over age 7, only 1 in 3 found a home locally. And for those with higher needs due to trauma, just 1 in 4 were placed in East Texas.

That means most of these children—especially older youth who need the most support—have nowhere to go.

Hope Haven exists for them.

Our mission is simple: to demonstrate Christ’s love to forgotten children and teens in the foster care system by providing home, healing, and hope, because every child deserves to be safe and equipped for the future.

My first few months at Hope Haven have been such a blessing and an answered prayer. Even in this short time, I’ve seen the impact our organization has on the people we serve and the community we’re part of. Our team is filled with mission-minded people, and it’s evident that the Lord has His hand over this work.
