BECAUSE SHE'S NOT ALONE

When I found out I was pregnant with my daughter, I remember the fear and uncertainty so clearly. I was in an unhealthy relationship, financially unstable, and disconnected from my faith. I didn’t know how I was going to provide or what the future would hold. There were moments when the weight of it all felt overwhelming.

That experience is a big part of my “why.”

Because now, I have the honor of leading a dedicated team that welcomes women, both single and married, who are facing those same questions, those same fears, and those same barriers that can feel impossible to overcome. And I don’t just see their situation… I understand it.

I know what it’s like to wonder if you’re enough. I know what it’s like to feel unprepared. And I know how powerful it is when someone steps in and says, “You’re not alone.”

That’s what we do every day at the Pregnancy Help Center of Lufkin. We meet women right where they are and walk alongside them with support, education, and practical resources that help them move forward with confidence. I invest in this work because I’ve lived it. And I’ve seen firsthand how the right support at the right time can change everything.

When you give, you’re helping a woman move from fear to stability, from uncertainty to confidence. You’re helping families build a future that once felt out of reach.

This is more than a job for me, it’s personal. And it’s why I care so deeply about this mission.
