Independence, Joy, and a Life Full of Purpose

My brother Stephen is one of the greatest gifts in my life. Watching him grow into the joyful, confident, and independent man he is today has been incredible. So much of that growth has happened because of Breckenridge Village.

Breckenridge has given Stephen opportunities our family simply could not provide on our own. Opportunities to build independence, form meaningful friendships, try new things, and truly live a full life. Not just exist, but thrive.

When people see a place like Breckenridge, it’s easy to assume it’s fully funded. The reality is very different. While there is some government support, it only covers a fraction of what it takes to provide the kind of abundant life our villagers experience every day. The rest is made possible by donors.

Because of that generosity, individuals like Stephen are given opportunities to grow in confidence, experience joy, and live with purpose. I get to see the impact of that every single day.
