The Arc of Greater East Texas

It is the mission of The Arc of Greater East Texas to enhance the general welfare of persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, throughout their lifetimes, by providing fully inclusive programs, services, education, advocacy, and compassion for those we serve, and their families.

The Arc of Greater East Texas offers programs, services, education, advocacy, and compassion to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. The Arc strives to enrich the lives of these individuals through programs that give them a sense of community. As the community of Smith County grows so do the needs of The Arc.
