At NETRO (Northeast Texas Rescue Organization), our mission is to rescue homeless, neglected, and abandoned animals across Northeast Texas and give them a second chance at life.

We provide rescued dogs and cats with the care they need to thrive, including:

• Nutritious food

• Safe shelter and foster homes

• Veterinary care and medical treatment

• Love and rehabilitation

We are also committed to promoting spay and neuter programs to help reduce pet overpopulation and prevent unnecessary suffering.

Our ultimate goal is simple but powerful:
