Junior League of Tyler, Inc.
About this Organization
For 75 years the Junior League of Tyler has been an organization of women who come together to positively impact the lives of women and children in Smith County. Together, we give our time, skills and goodwill to those in need. Over its 75-year history, the League has contributed nearly $8 million dollars and thousands of volunteer hours to better the community. In 2024 alone, members contributed over 20,000 volunteer hours and more than $290,000 to support local projects and initiatives.
Over the years, the League has been instrumental in founding several key organizations in Tyler and Smith County, including the Hospice of East Texas, Stewart Regional Blood Center, The Discovery Science Place, Tyler Museum of Art, and many others. Through our charitable projects and trainings, our members acquire the skills, knowledge and empowerment to effectively serve and are developed into community and civic leaders.
