This year, Hospice of Texarkana celebrates 40 years of unwavering commitment to providing compassionate, expert end-of-life care to patients and their families in both Texas and Arkansas. Serving a 50-mile radius around Texarkana, we ensure that every patient, regardless of insurance status, receives the care they deserve during life's most challenging time.

As the only nonprofit hospice provider in the region, we are proud to offer the only freestanding inpatient care center within 75 miles. Our state-of-the-art, 12-bed facility is designed with both patient comfort and family support in mind, giving loved ones a peaceful place to be together during this difficult journey.

Thanks to the generous support of our community, we are able to provide comfort care and bereavement services at no cost to families. In 2025 alone, our dedicated staff provided $474,000 worth of uncompensated care.
