Henderson County Coalition Against Family Violence

The mission of Breaking Chains is two-fold. First, we will provide services, support and resources to individuals impacted by domestic violence. We will assist with finding shelter, obtaining comprehensive protection from offenders, and providing emotional and educational support to those we serve. We are dedicated to breaking the chains of family violence, rebuilding the self-worth of those affected by it, and offering them a new direction for their lives. Second, we will raise public awareness of the prevalence of domestic violence within Henderson County, educate our community on identifying and preventing family violence, and build a network of people and organizations to assist with the services we offer and the mission we embrace.
