Giving Cheerfully

At Giving Cheerfully, our heart is to support local charities through both fundraising and advocacy. Our mission is to uplift and empower meaningful causes in our community by providing the resources, visibility, and encouragement they need to truly make a difference.

Giving Cheerfully was born out of tragedy, following the loss of Jere Kellough—a man known for his generous spirit and his intentional way of giving wherever he saw a need. We knew his love for people and his heart for serving others was too meaningful to let end with him. So, we chose to carry it forward.

Today, Giving Cheerfully exists to continue that legacy. Through our monthly breakfasts and outreach efforts, we bring people together to support incredible nonprofits doing life-changing work. We shine a light on their missions, advocate for their causes, and help connect them with a community that cares deeply.

Because of this, when you give to Giving Cheerfully, you’re not just giving to one organization—you’re giving to every organization we support. Without these breakfasts and efforts, those opportunities to give wouldn’t exist.

Since our founding, that ripple effect has resulted in over $28,500 in cash and in-kind donations, along with 47 units of blood, poured back into our community.

Together, we are turning generosity into action, continuing a legacy of love, and creating lasting impact—one cheerful gift at a time.
