Since May 2024, 4Kids4Families has proudly served as the Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) for Region 4, overseeing foster care case management in 23 counties across Northeast Texas. We are implementing Community-Based Care, a new foster care model that gives us the flexibility to provide children, foster families, and biological parents with the right services, therapies, and programs to meet their unique needs.

We partner with the community to support over 1,300 children in foster care and their families throughout the region. When a family is separated, 4Kids4Families works quickly to find the right foster family for the child. A dedicated caseworker is assigned to each case to support children and families throughout their journey, providing guidance and connecting them with the resources they need to heal and thrive with the goal of family reunification.
