With COVID further complicating the mental health crisis, we do not want the youth population overlooked. Our Youth Yoga Lab Program is designed to equip children (ages 3-19) with mental health tools to help them navigate the daily stresses of life. We use yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork as accessible tools to help them self-regulate and co-regulate. We guide the children through our process of Breathe, Move, and Engage during class. Currently Youth Yoga Lab is at Caldwell Arts Academy and our goal is to expand to other schools in TISD. Your support allows us to grow our program and offer these classes for free at the school.
