Fundraiser Story
The Texas Ramp Project's mission is to build wheelchair ramps for those who struggle with access in and out of their homes. Our local team builds ramps throughout Titus County for anyone who needs one. In 2024, we built 40 ramps at no cost to our clients. All our labor is all volunteer, so our largest costs are for lumber and materials. Your donation will help us provide relief to families and caregivers as our ramps allow people to remain in their home, aging in place surrounded by those who love them!

About the Organization
The Texas Ramp Project's mission is to create and sustain local organizations throughout Texas to build wheelchair ramps at no cost to low-income older adults and others with disabilities. Clients are referred by local health care providers and social workers. The ramps are built exclusively by volunteers and provide clients with safe and independent access to their homes and communities. The ramps follow ADA guidelines and are safe, strong and durable.
