Finn's Friends has an extremely special place in my heart. Finn is my nephew who was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, a fatal muscle-wasting disease, at a young age. Traveling to attend appointments and having Finn put on various medications, his parents, Dan and Paula, realized that there was a large need for financial assistance for all of these families doing the same thing they were doing.
