I was introduced to the idea of bridging the gap between faith and the workplace in 2016 and have watched it transform the people and culture within our company, Jasper. Since we did not want to keep all we had learned to ourselves, we started sharing these concepts with others and have seen God moving in workplaces across East Texas through Beyond Business. Now that Beyond Business has been founded as a nonprofit, we believe it can have even more impact in our community. We are excited for the opportunity to equip, educate, and encourage others that faith and work don't have to be two separate entities in their lives. We can't wait to see what God will do in our workplaces and across our community as a result!
