We provide medical, dental and mental and behavioral healthcare to underserved communities across 23 counties with health centers in Tyler, Longview, Paris and Texarkana, Texas. Our comprehensive services keep our neighbors safe and healthy while keeping emergency rooms from becoming over-crowded.
