Psi Beta® is the National Honor Society in Psychology for Community and Junior colleges, founded for the purpose of stimulating, encouraging, and recognizing scholarship and interest in psychology. Psi Beta serves as a means of national recognition of the student’s early interest and dedication to the field of psychology, in addition to scholastic achievement. Opportunities for student/faculty interaction outside the classroom include serving in leadership positions, meet outstanding professionals in the field at regional and national conventions, sponsor programs including the annual Psi Beta Suicide Prevention 5K and training workshop, and promote a sense of belonging. FUNDS generously provided by ETGD donors will help send our scholars to the South Western Psychological Association Conference.
