My beautiful Goldie was a temporary resident at Pets Fur People after her previous owners tied her to a chain link fence and drove off. I am so grateful for the people who work and volunteer there and for the care she received until Xena and I could make her part of our family. Goldie is, unfortunately, just one of many, though. All the pets that land at Pets Fur People deserve the very best care, which includes food, shelter, vaccines, spay/neuter, etc., but these care items aren't free.
