Y’all may be wondering what even is this organization? Well it’s pretty special. They are a non profit organization that has been around for over 20yrs! The Sikes family saw a need for families who have lost an infant due to miscarriage, still birth, or passing. They wanted these families precious ones to memorialized. The layette set was born. They with volunteers created a gown, blanket, and commemorative heart to be able to provide them to hospitals at no charge for the families. Today this organization ships thousands of layettes nationwide with our volunteers handcrafting them. I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact of this beautiful organization through my career as an l&d nurse and serving on the board.

Angel Layettes brings comfort to grieving families over the loss of an infant from death shortly after birth by providing, without charge, custom designed burial layettes and keepsakes.
