Cypress Basin Hospice provides family-centered, quality end-of-life care that emphasizes compassion, dignity, independence, and respect. For over 30 years, we have been the area's premier non-profit, community owned hospice agency. We are committed to caring for individuals touched by life limiting illnesses, grief, and loss. Our hope for our patients and families is that as we apply our training, experiences, and compassion, we are able to relieve their physical, emotional, and spiritual pain. Being a non-profit hospice, we rely on community support to raise funds for our charity care patients, patients that are hospice appropriate but do not have Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. Our care is available to every hospice appropriate patient regardless of their ability or inability to pay. Our patients and families have the assurance that they are being served by one of the oldest and most respected hospice programs in Northeast Texas. Cypress Basin Hospice is able to provide services in the following counties: Titus, Lamar, Hopkins, Franklin, Morris, Camp, Upshur, Hunt, Wood, Rains, Fannin, Delta, Red River, Cass, and Marion. Our services are offered wherever you call home.

Being a community owned agency, we also offer grief and bereavement services to the communities we serve. Camp Brave Heart, our children's summer grief camp, has helped over 300 children in the Northeast Texas area since the inception of the camp in 2010. Children, ages 6-12, are offered a safe environment in which they can productively work through their grief and emotions, creating a foundation of growth through the bereavement process. Cypress Basin Hospice firmly believes healthy kids create healthy communities, and we empower these children with constructive ways to grow through their emotions, and we encourage our communities to support these children throughout their adolescence.
