Leadership Tyler offers three programs: The Leadership Tyler Core Program helps participants develop skills critical for success in today’s professional environment while equipping them to serve as pivotal leaders in our community. The Executive Orientation Series is designed to quickly orient incoming senior executives to the community and its resources. Catalyst 100 is a collaborative effort between Leadership Tyler, the City of Tyler, Smith County, the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Tyler Economic Development Council.
