Breckenridge Village

Breckenridge Village of Tyler is dedicated to serving a group of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in a warm, safe, family-like setting that seeks to empower each person as he or she develops spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially in a safe, loving, and closely supervised environment. Our core values are to Love God, Value People, Care Passionately, and to Work Together.

At Breckenridge Village of Tyler, we believe every person-regardless of ability-deserves the chance to dream big, live fully, and be empowered to reach their potential. As a faith-based community for adults with developmental disabilities, we walk alongside our residents as they build lives of purpose, dignity, and joy. We have 58 people that call Breckenridge Village home in our Residential Program and an additional 30 community participants that attend our Day Program.

Whether someone dreams of becoming a professional bowler, video game designer, cheerleader, teacher, or meteorologist, we are committed to helping them take real steps toward those goals. We don't define people by limitations-we celebrate their strengths. Through individualized support and opportunities, residents gain confidence, explore new experiences, and grow in independence. We equip each person to thrive, dream boldly, and live a life filled with possibility.
