In 2020, our friends, Dan and Paula Florczykowski, founded Finn’s Friends after their son Finn was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), a rare muscle disease. Out of that deeply personal journey, they created a nonprofit dedicated to supporting other families facing the same diagnosis.
Finn’s Friends provides direct family assistance and helps fund multi-disciplinary Duchenne specialty clinics—ensuring families receive the care, resources, and hope they need.
