Franklin County Arts Alliance

Welcome to East Texas Giving Day and thank you for visiting our page!

For 30 years, the Franklin County Arts Alliance (FCAA) has been a place where our local residents and visitors, have the opportunity to gather together to experience creativity, culture, and community. We believe art should be accessible to everyone.

Our mission is to enhance and promote cultural awareness of the visual and performing arts in Franklin County and surrounding areas.

We have partnered with the local 4-H group on several occasions. The most recent was “Quilts of Valor”, where two local veterans were presented with handmade, patriotic themed quilts.

An upcoming partnering event is the “America 250 Mosaic Mural Project”. We will be working with the new local DAR group to help create a permanent public mural. When the project is completed, the mosaic artwork will represent our shared history, values, and future.

In addition to these events, here are a few more exciting things we do:

      *Scholarships for local graduating seniors 

      *Weekly art classes

      *Painting with Friends (a community painting class)

      *Tablescapes (a community event for local nonprofits)

      *Musical guests

      *Custom Framing

We are so excited that the Burt and Nancy Marans Charitable Fund shall be matching what we raise, up to $2,500!
